Heinrich Grosse

Professor Dr. Heinrich Grosse

As a student in Boston, USA, Heinrich Grosse got involved in the Civil Rights Movement around Martin Luther King, about whom he later wrote his doctoral thesis. He worked as a pastor and later as a professor at the Pastoralsoziologisches Institut ("Institute of Pastoral Sociology") of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hannover, and its successor, the Sozialwissenschaftliches Institut der EKD (Social Sciences Institute).
